A Second Chance Starts with Purpose
When someone returns home from incarceration, they deserve more than freedom—they deserve a future.
Through the Outreach Career Center, CPO equips formerly incarcerated men and women with hands-on vocational training, biblical guidance, and life skills that help them thrive.
Students are referred to our program by correctional institutions, staff, or community partners—and once enrolled, they receive holistic support designed to restore dignity and build a Christ-centered foundation for work and life.
Programs
We offer introductory classes in carpentry, welding, and electrical work—giving students hands-on experience in trades that lead to meaningful, long-term employment. These courses provide a practical foundation for skill development, confidence, and a pathway toward self-sufficiency.
Carpentry
Our Introduction to Carpentry class teaches students the basics of measuring, cutting, tool safety, framing, and construction techniques.
Welding
Our Introduction to Welding class covers fundamental techniques such as MIG and stick welding, metal preparation, safety procedures, and hands-on practice.
Electrical
Our Introduction to Electrical class teaches the fundamentals of wiring, circuits, electrical safety, and tool usage.
Your Support Builds More Than Skills—it Builds a Future
When you give to the Outreach Career Center, you help create life-changing opportunities for men and women returning from incarceration.
Your generosity equips students with more than trade skills—it gives them hope, dignity, and a real path forward. From learning how to weld, wire, or frame a wall to gaining spiritual guidance, job readiness, and emotional support, each student receives the tools they need to succeed at work and in life. Because of you, they don’t just leave with a certificate—they leave with confidence, purpose, and the foundation to become stable, contributing members of their families and communities.
Give Today
Be the reason someone hears the Gospel and receives life-changing support. Your gift today equips us to meet people in prison and beyond with the love of Christ and the tools to start again.
Planned Giving
Leave a legacy that reflects your faith. Through planned giving, you can help future generations experience hope, restoration, and the power of the Gospel—long after today.
Volunteer
Step into someone’s story of redemption. When you volunteer, you bring the light of Christ to those seeking a second chance—and you become part of the transformation God is writing.
