Church Volunteers are trained to write anonymous, biblically based letters to inmates.

Purpose

The purpose of the Letters of Hope program is to encourage men and women who are incarcerated through the scriptures.

Goal

The goal of this ministry is to communicate through anonymous letters that the inmates are not forgotten and that they are thought about and loved. Biblically based letters also provide encouragement and a source of faith building.

CPO Strategy

Our strategy is to partner with local churches who are able to identify volunteers that are willing to write letter to inmates. CPO trains the volunteers and identifies specific inmates for the particular church.
